My name is Philip Stefanov, and I am a certified conditioning coach, personal trainer, and fitness instructor. I received my certificates in 2014 and 2015 from BioFit Sports College in Sofia, Bulgaria. With over eight years of experience in the field, I have worked with hundreds of men and women, helping them improve their physical capacity, build muscle, and lose weight in a sustainable way through strength training.
